Shopping Online
If you would like to add an item to your bag, simply click the “Add to Cart” button next to it. (Items you put in your cart will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
If you would like to remove an item from your cart, simply click the delete link next to the item you wish to discard. To view what is in your cart at any time, click the "Shopping Bag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, simply click on the “Checkout Now” link or click on your Shopping Bag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
At this point if you have not shopped with us before, you will need to click on “New Customer” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Missouri addresses (7.741%).

SHOPMEZZANINE.COM accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We will also accept money orders. (SHOPMEZZANINE.COM will not accept personal checks or cash)

Coupon Codes
Discounts and promotions are good on in-stock, non-sale merchandise unless specifically noted. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order. Coupon codes may not be retroactively applied to orders that have already been processed.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an order confirmation. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card for that shipment. Items we mark canceled or backordered are not charged to your card.
You may check the status of your order by visiting the “My Account” link at the top of any page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on the “Order Status” link to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. Note: tracking number may not be visible.
Returns / Exchanges

If you would like to return/exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
All returns for a refund must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
All returns for exchange/store credit must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Returns/exchanges sent after this time will not be honored. Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the processing of your return/exchange from the date we receive your package. Refunds to your credit card may take between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit record as your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they receive the information from us. SHOPMEZZANINE.COM does not refund any shipping charges incurred during the course of the transaction.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you receive a damaged item or the shipment is not correct, you must notify us within 48 HOURS of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. SHOPMEZZANINE.COM will only accept defective items at our discretion.
No Returns will be accepted on underwear, apothecary or accessories.
Jewelry
Jewelry can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. You will be issued a store credit coupon code to use on a future purchase. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
Sale Items
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. You will be issued a store credit coupon code to use on a future purchase. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date. Price adjustments for sale items will be accommodated within 7 business days from the date you receive your merchandise.
Clearance Items
Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Clearance item or items, the package will be returned to you.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your package. Merchandise must be sent to the following address via an insured, prepaid carrier.
